Gynecologist Tülay ÇAĞLAR is a dedicated gynecologist with 20+ years’ experience aiming to extend her love to serve the community with her knowledge and skills.

Doctor Tülay ÇAĞLAR was born in 1966 in Mersin, Turkey. She started Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1983.

She completed her specialization from 1994 to 1998 at Zekai Tahir Burak Women’s Health Research and Education Hospital and became an ‘Obstetrician and Gynecologist’ in 1998. Between 1998-2009, she worked in different state hospitals and in her private clinic for about 10 years. She has vast expertise in performing gynecologic surgeries and excellent patient relation.

Later, she continued her medical career in Istanbul. Doctor Tülay ÇAĞLAR completed IVF training at Istanbul Memorial Hospital IVF center between 2011-2012. Since 2012, she is specialized in IVF.

Additionally, since 2017, doctor Tülay ÇAĞLAR has started academic studies. Actually, she is working as Assistant Professor at Beykent University in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Assistant Professor Tülay ÇAĞLAR has participated in many international training seminars and congresses during her 20 years of career.  Gynecology, Obstetrics, In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Genital Aesthetics are her areas of expertise.
